Ed & Irene Fleis Education Fund, Inc.

The Ed and Irene Fleis Education Fund was created to support students after high school to attend college, university, and trade schools who have ties to Leelanau County. All money is spent helping students achieve their dreams of an education in the form of scholarships.

Eligibility:

• The applicant is a resident or was a resident of Leelanau County, Michigan or is married to the resident is eligible to apply. OR
• The applicant has a direct bloodline, (lineal), such as parent, grandparent, great-grandparent, that is a resident or past resident of Leelanau County, Michigan and/or is married to same, is eligible to apply.
